What.a.week.... I really deserve a good wine on this TGIF after the busy week I’ve had! 50% Cab Franc, 40% Merlot, 10% Cab Sauv. I’ve lucked out with smooth wines lately. A little earthy at first but after a 30 minute decant it’s opening up nice. Thank goodness!
