Deep ruby garnet with near opaque core. Abundant raspberry cassis nose leaps from the bottle. A touch of old vanilla added on the medium full palate. Medium acidity. Soft velvety medium minus tannins. Cab Franc heavy BSup is made for lighter cuts of beef, but the cowboy rubbed ribeye didn’t complain. Drink now through 2023.

White Bordeaux strikes again! This has classic citrus flavors but turns exotic with ripe peach and papaya with air. 2015 might be the real deal after all :-)
