Vintage 2015 | I forgot that I drank this wine 4 years ago, but 🫶 to delectable. Same velvety taste. Joyful fruit expressions. 60 Merlot 30 Cabernet Franc 10 Cabernet Sauvignon 12 m in barrels. A wine that clearly punches above its classification. Wonderful. Paired with salad and American pizza.

Sep 6th, 2024Vintage 2015 | Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux represents one of the best values in Bordeaux. This Robin 2015 is no exception. Classy and classic. Beautiful cassis impressions in smell. Velvety taste. I find it impressive. | Paired with steak.

The wine still has a cardinal red colour with brown edge, earthy nose and pencilshaving, autumn leaves an truffle impression. Good balance. I think it's my last bottle, but I am not sure 😏 will partner a fillet of beef with pakchoi

Round, homogeneous, balanced in a classic way. Smoky notes of black fruits, undergrowth, humus, truffle, caramel, mocha. To me 2012 is really to drink now.
