Lighter red. Smells pretty mellow with a hint of raspberry. Flavors are nice. Hint of graphite. Lots of plum pits and blackberries. Plenty of tannin, but not excessive. Bit of mocha and such. Nice woodsy streak. Not overpowering. Almost lighter bodied for Bordeaux.
