Pale strawberry pink with a rather forward nose and great initial appeal but then it devolved into an almost clothing effect. It does not lack acidity but too much floral - lavender and geranium - jolts the flavor. There is a sorbitol effect on the close that takes away from its charm

This is the perfect rosé to go with a meal, structured and deep. Had it around Michelin star creations and it excelled.

Between Ichabod Cone and the sweaty socks in the corner, this held its own admirably. A floral nose that also exhibits white peach. Peach and citrus dominate the palate, and are buttressed by a chalky mineralty, that at moments, gives off an essence of creaminess. Lots of herbs in the background, but this is a shut off your brain wine. And I did.
