Popped and poured; consumed over two days and the best was Day 2. The wine appears deep ruby with an opaque core; medium+ viscosity. Medium intensity on the nose with blue and black fruits, deli case, purple flowers, smoked meat, olive brine, black pepper and baking spice. On the pallet, the wine is dry with a mixed fruit set: ripe red, blue and black fruits in abundance with Herbes de Provence and baking spices. Long saline finish, medium+ tannin and acid. The Syrah plays a very strong role despite Grenache being the dominant variety in the blend.

Spectacular. Our bottle said its a custom cuvée. Didn't see that in the choices listed on the app.
