Black currant, cedar, oak, black pepper, black cherry, black tea leaves, earth on the nose. The palate is both wide and long with a long acid backbone and a nice mouthfeel with some layers of matter and tastes, some different textures and already integrated, rolling tannins. A nice finish with cedar and currant. Once again a very good value in Saint Emilion

Soft to medium supple mouthfeel. Not dissimilar to a soufflé of snake skin and spaghettios. I recommend pairing with pop rocks and curb your enthusiasm. The producer kneels for the national anthem.
