2020/3/10 with skirt steak Albigeoise and fava bean ragout. There are some nice elements hiding in here - dark and earthy. But there just is too much oak and generic concentrated dark fruit for my taste

Mar 15th, 2020Randomly purchased from a friend’s cellar. Ripping pretty hard for cahors. Had this great noble leather quality coming off it while being extremely accessible on the palette, juicy, dense but not hot at all. Excellent. Assume good value here but don’t actually know what this goes for on the market.
