May 26th, 2023Vintage 2009 / Wednesday Meatballsday (6) / Ten years old Cahors from Malbec, special cuvee ripened in new wood, a very rich smell with vannilla of course but also chocolate and some cherries. Powerfull taste, still enormous potential, smooth taste. I love it. / Paired with Polpettine, Italian meatballs from calf and pig in a simple tasty tomatosauce.
