2007 blind tasting. Group and my 4th. This was pepper, forest, strawberries, tomato. Vegetables and earth! I liked it and it reminded me of Loire cab franc in some ways.

Just great ! 2007 at Pichon Baron is amazing one of the best bottle in this challenging vintage. So young on the nose with oaky aromas but strong tanins and fleshy body.
Wait 2 or 3 years more to taste. Beautiful wine
