No rating for this one. Certainly over the hill. Lots of iron on the nose and palate. Still quite a lot of acid left which is why this wasn’t fully dead at this point. Fruit character was mostly raisins. An educational experience but likely won’t be trying to hunt down any ‘71 Bordeaux any time soon.
