Black currant, pomegranate, barnyard, green pepper, tannin. Good value. Tasty.

The 13' is solid. Like it a lot. Balanced acid tannin and fruit with a lovely mouth feel.

Spicy, round tannins, could use more acidity. Smoke, dark fruit, jammy, very nice

Deep ruby color.
Aromas of leather, earth, green bell pepper, subtle black berry fruit tomato leaf.
Dry. Flavors of blackcurrant, clove, leather, tobacco, cinnamon, peppercorn. Rich, firm tannins.

Nose: Red berries, pepper, mushroom, forest floor
Palate: Dark fruit, cassis, medium acidity on entry, spicy with chewy tannins mid-palate
Finish: Medium plus
Overall impression: This wine will go well with steak and other grilled meats.

Nice Tannat from Madiran in Southern France. Big, bold, spicy, very, very dark fruit. Good mouthfeel. Goes well with the hangar steak and frites.

Something different, medium bodied with less tannins than expected, a little zesty without too much fruit.
