Graves White Bordeaux semillon sauvignon blanc

Great sharp-earth-funk nose of hard Spanish cheese. Good body but a little flat in the mouth.

Pure, racy, mineral Semillon with 20% Sauvignon. Relatively simple flavors, but with excellent attack and focus. Great with sashimi.

Purchased in Boudreaux at wine shop in town.
