Right Bank red. Simple label. Classic. Smells of sarsaparilla, wood, dried sagebrush and cooked plum. Flavors are complex and deep. Bit of mocha, dark chocolate, etc. Cola too. It’s a French wine with depth and density. Maybe some Cab Frank in it. Dry but juicy. A nice big, complex Bordeaux red.

It wasn’t incredibly tasty but totally fascinating. It gave the impression of being carbonated somehow. Really weird but cool. Would buy again
