Seeing as how this is one of the few appellations in Bordeaux that allows for White Wine exclusively, it's not surprising that they seem to have devoted an ample amount of time and energy to producing great wines for relatively low price points.

The flavors of citrus, green apples, honey, melon and a beautiful minerality all contribute to a gorgeously balanced wine that works perfectly on its own but I think it could pair great with many types of great food. Buy. Drink. Repeat.
