Oxidative, slightly tertiary character. Dried red fruits, figs, prunes, leather, vanilla and caramelized/spicy oak flavors. There is some lovely fruit emanating from this highly aromatic Merlot-dominant blend, despite it being in a style that I don’t necessarily love.

A lush, enjoyable Bordeaux, really leaning on the merlot. Low tannins, fleshy. Thanksgiving bottle #3.

Excellent wine. Heavy on merlot with a hint of cabernet but really delicious with great fruit flavors & low tannins. Usually dont go for shop owner recommendations but he was right, this is a winner.

From a less prestigious appellation next to St Emilion, an organic vegan Merlot with a hint of Cabernet Sauvignon. A bargain with ripe red fruit and nice balance. Promising winery.
