Fronsac AOC is at the right bank of Bordeaux is proving yet again to be an emerging AOC with good quality reasonably priced wines. This blend of 65% Merlot, 20% CS, 10% CF and % Malbec, is well crafted. It has a deep red color, lightly reduced nose (barnyard), lots of black fruits, cherries and currents, full body with medium acidity, long rich yet dry finish. Ready to drink. My score 87, drink to 2020.
