Château moulin de launay, vieilles vignes, entre deux mers blanc 2021

Citrusy nose with a touch of a herbal notes. Some light white peach touches too. A very dry and acid driven palate with some lemon and lemon peel notes that give way to a rather short and fresh finish. This is made for oysters and it went very well with it 😁
