Great after 3 hrs!

One of my all time fav whites! Totally under appreciated and more people should put this on wine lists! Totally decadent white from Pacherenc made from obscure Petite Courbu! @winesofswfrance

I always love this wine. Still a bit young, so dense and layered.

Puissant, concentré

Blend of Petit Courbu and Gros Manseng. A little more astringency than I usually ask for in my whites, but interesting.

Magnifique! Anis étoilé amongst many other things!

3 days ago I thought this one was far over his peak, no score.
But now its open with balance , depth and a hole lot of fun factor
