This south of France iconic wine is based on 100% Tannet!! There is the Madiran that has also CS in the mix, this one is dark red almost black, lovely concentrated nose of black fruits, black cherries, plums cassis and Mediterranean spices, full body with firm yet not too firm tannins a good acidity and a spicy touch, finish is long and robust, a lovely Tannet, my score 89, drink to 2019, perhaps longer
