First Margaux. Interesting! Bright raspberries, tar, and leather on nose, but after breathing a few hours in bottle perfectly ripe cherries and plumbs and even more vanilla. Tart berries, vanilla, white pepper, and abundant slate/granite soil. Tanin structure was impressive and can only imagine it with age. Fun wine!
