Unreal wine. I wish they’d email me back. Tobacco, herbal nose, weedy, but also tweedy, and just so English Library. Palate is soft yet rich with terrific freshness and purity. Sappy and sweet but also lively with the terrific acidity. Velvety tannins and sick purity. No rush but a joy now.

Apr 6th, 2018Classic Pessac nose. Gravel, cassis, cherry, spice, menthol, green tea. Great stuff aromatically. Palate is soft and ripe with velvety tannins. Terrific structure and freshness. Very vibrant. Long and lingering. Really always love a nice Pessac. Unique character.

Decanted about 20 minutes and wowee is this drinking fine right now! Super smooth and round with cherries a dash of pepper, tea, and a little tug of tannins. All in one of my favorite Bordeaux experiences so far.
