Rarely looking for Bordeaux wines for my personal tastings, I appreciate the general balance of this pretty wine with a good price/pleasure ratio. Tasted in a wedding, the first thing we can note is that it is quite ready to drink, between notes of evolution undergrowth, truffle, cedar-tobacco tobacco ageing, and notes of red fruits carried by a still invigorating acidity in its 9th year. A very honourable work that amateurs of the genre will appreciate.
Rarement en quête de vins bordelais pour mes dégustations personnelles, j’apprécie avec intérêt l’équilibre général de ce jolie vin au beau rapport prix/plaisir. Gouté dans un mariage, la première chose qu’on peut noter c’est qu’il est tout à fait prêt à boire, entres notes d’évolution sous-bois, truffe, élevage cèdre-tabac, et des notes de fruits rouges portés par une acidité encore vivifiante en sa 9eme année. Une réalisation très honorable qu’apprécieront les adeptes du genre.
