While this Minervois is theoretically fresher & lighter abv, than most, there’s something about the fruit profile that just doesn’t work for me. But a QPR for those that gravitate towards big red fruits..

Very good bottle that gave aromas and flavors of razor sharp fruit, dried herbs, underbrush, black tea. Med body, med tannin, high acid, and a great finish. Had with flank steak, it perfectly complimented and elevated the meal. Carignan really shines bright here.
