biodynamic table wine bordeaux blend with equal parts cab sauv, cab franc, merlot, and petit verdot. wanted to try something inexpensive with bottle age and this was the recommendation (07 vintage for $27 bucks). really leathery and tobacco-y with an unbelievably silky texture and a pretty epic long finish. a definite win for the price <> age <> quality and its fun to taste this one while it opens up in intervals over the first 90 minutes
