Really recommended, hits far above what I paid for it. Was a big hit all around, and I would buy it again, as well pay attention to other years from the producer. A wine that the winemaker clearly cared for, amazing candied red fruit old Bordeaux nose, with a little blue fruit notes and a little anise on the taste, capsaicin. Gripping tannins at the end that made many think it was younger. Highly recommended

Holy moly! I think this could be a top 20 of all time for only about $50. I have a few more bottles and I will treasure them. Incredible! This bottle made me sad because I knew while I was drinking it, but the moments would end. Bold mouth feel with soft tannins and yet it’s only five years old. You could pair this with an old shoe and it would still taste incredible.
