2015v. Very pale yellow. A little bit of tart fruit and grass on the nose. On the palette, this wine is not very pleasant. A little bitter (think: grapefruit and lemon pith), and the alcohol is too pronounced. The wine is also pretty delicate- not strong enough for pork or chicken but OK with seafood and easy soft cheeses. Overall, this Bordeaux Blanc is a little out of balance for me. Better options for a few dollars less are available. 13% ABV. A little oak aging.
