Château Maison Noble
Supérieur Red Bordeaux Blend

Simple and very agreeable basic Right Bank Bordeaux. 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc. For the area it’s a high percentage of cab sauvignon giving black cherry, plum and soft leather notes. Soft tannins, some forest floor on the finish. Already drinking well- no reason to cellar, enjoy it now.

Nov 12th, 2021This is a young affordable and very enjoyable Bordeaux blend (Merlot-Cabernet Sauvignon) that needs air to open up. Two hours in decanter will pay-off—crunchy red fruit, medium tannin and excellent acidity, perfect for charcuterie board or tomato sauce pizza.

Oct 3rd, 2020Incredibly dry, once it sat for a bit there was ever the hint of raisin on the front and red bell pepper and black pepper lingered on the tongue, and still as dry as first opened. Perhaps it should sit a little longer (was a 2014)?
