80% Merlot with equal parts of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Very ripe red fruit (strawberry, raspberry) and soft tannin. Charming and good value at 14 euros. Abv. 14,5 %.

Herbs and muted fruit on nose, with strawberries and cranberries brightening up the mouth, hints of earth to follow. Young but approachable. Very good table wine with Fantastic QPR- will search for more!

This is actually a Chateau Macquin and is drinking much older than its 2016 vintage. Wonderful notes of earthy raspberry and tobacco but very smooth Tannins. The value is perfect for a St. EMILION experience without breaking the bank
