Nice aged Bordeaux from one of our favorite producers, but overall slightly lacking versus expectations. Very classic and excellent aromatically. Tannins not very integrated with the rest - quite chunky still.

08 vintage, garnet color. Let breathe for an hour. Fair amount of fruit (strawberry, tart plum) on the nose but with some grassy tones and minerality; drier than expected and tannic, with a pretty long finish.
