Very dark ruby robe, nose of blackcurrant, cherries and flowers. Very elegant and balanced, mostly merlot done in a classic way. Was told this is done with majority new wood barrels. Wood tannins do not show, so not an issue. Medium bodied, fresh, elegant, great acidity, top notch stuff and highly recommended.
