2015 vintage. The Southafrican Jonck family produces mainly Blaye wines, but this "Les Cèdres" is their Côtes de Bourg. 100% Merlot. Ripe cherries, strawberry jam and some spiciness. Round, ripe, very charming with velvety tannins and good length. Delicious and well worth the 15 euros price tag. Abv. 14,5%.
