Dry and tannic with a long finish. Sharp flavor.
Geoff’s notes: dark, fruity, acidic smell. Rich tanniny flavor. A little sour.
Drank with dumplings, fried rice, spicy beef, and Dan Dan noodles from Astoria and Harry Potter 3: Prisoner of Azkaban.
