Rich, deep flavors. Really tastes like a well aged red. Paired nicely with spicy Italian food and citrusy Mediterranean food. Yummy!

20th anniversary warm up bottle. Would be better with spicy sauces than savory meats. Has fumes. Could decant and sit for 6 hours to open up.
