Simple, but very enjoyable. Felt like it was going to be big at first taste, but the punch never came. Wondering if this would be better after aging more.

Great cheap Bordeaux. Fruit forward. Not too much fruit or earth

Not for me...doesn't really taste like a Bordeaux to me. Tastes like a dry cab.

Mild spice on nose. Ripe fruit: cherry, blueberry. Just enough going on to be interesting. A little glycerine that I like with southern Rhone, but isn't ideal with this one. Light mouthfeel feels more like a pinot. Some finish. Quaffable. Cheap red drinkers should love it, especially at $12.99.
