Le Croizillon Cahors Malbec

Simple, yet lacking depth that I was looking for but never found. Substantially better the second day with some chill on it.

Absolutely a good choice. fresh wine and at a good price. Blackcurrant, slightly hint of raspberry and cherry. Perfect for just enjoying with some nice music, but also suitable for and a summer night on the terrace.

Nice malbec from biological winery. Tannins present but not too present.

Minerally

I’m a huge fan of this region, much better IMO than new world Malbecs. This is a solid choice.

Nice finish, not too tannic and good minerality.

Plutôt un beau Cahors, assez plein sans être trop tannique.

Blackberry, some licorice. Juicy. Touch heat on finish. Tarragon, fresh basil.
