Tight, tannic and showing unintegrated new oak on the nose and palate. Stated 14.5% alcohol level seemed a conservative rating, as the wine was exceptionally drying on the palate. A very short, undistinguished finish provided the logical finale. No complexity beyond a diffuse note of milk chocolate.

Young guns eve......oh boy, this one is on fire....very complex nose of dark fruit, very focussed. The aftertaste goes on and on and on....this will score the perfect score in future...
