2018 vintage. Notaris , Clos du Notaire Côtes de Bourg. A blend of 55% Cabernet Franc and 45% Merlot. Intense black fruit and cedar. Concentrated and very fresh. The oak is still a bit obvious at this stage, but it should ultimately outperform the outstanding 2017. Refreshing to see how this neophyte couple turns out great wines from the start (they bought the estate in 2015).
