This 2018 is an energetic wine bursting with red and black fruits, combined with cedary and flowery notes. A serious fruit concentration, balanced by a solid ripe tannic structure, balancing acidity and good length. Should age well for at least 5 more years. Terrific value. Highly recommended. Abv 14,5%.

Jun 12th, 20222016 vintage. This estate was bought by Amélie Osmond and Victor Mischler in 2015, so this should be their very first vintage in full control. A very good start for these neophytes with this blend of 75% Merlot, 16% Cabernet Sauvignon and 9% Cabernet Franc that displays ripe cherry fruit, spices and some smokiness. It has good concentration and a serious ripe tannin structure, balanced acidity and good length. Provides a lot of drinking pleasure now, but should age well and gain additional complexity. Very good value at just under 10 euros.
