2018 vintage. 75% Merlot, 16% Cabernet Sauvignon and 9% Cabernet Franc. Amélie Osmond and Victor Mischler are doing an amazing job at this beautiful estate since 2015. This 2018 is an energetic wine bursting with red and black fruits, combined with cedary and flowery notes. A serious fruit concentration, balanced by a solid ripe tannic structure, balancing acidity and good length. Should age well for at least 5 more years. Terrific value. Highly recommended. Abv 14,5%.

2016 vintage. This estate was bought by Amélie Osmond and Victor Mischler in 2015, so this should be their very first vintage in full control. A very good start for these neophytes with this blend of 75% Merlot, 16% Cabernet Sauvignon and 9% Cabernet Franc that displays ripe cherry fruit, spices and some smokiness. It has good concentration and a serious ripe tannin structure, balanced acidity and good length. Provides a lot of drinking pleasure now, but should age well and gain additional complexity. Very good value at just under 10 euros.
