Deep red, almost a purple or burgundy color. Very restrained nose... just a hint of plum. Tastes like a classic Napa cab... nothing over the top, very balanced. Lots of tannins.

Aromas of plums and mild raspberries. Dry earthly notes at first sip but wow let it breathe and open up. The aroma softens to mild cherries and the initial taste is soft plums and dark fruit with a long finish. LET IT OPEN UP!

Very smooth and delicious. Paired nicely with steak, potatoes, beans, and arugula. A slightly tannic finish that was enjoyable.
