1998 Le Bon Pasteur Bordeaux. Poured straight from bottle, no decanting. It tasted great right away, but flabbed out pretty within 30 mins. Probably on the downslope.

Great wine, fully mature. Soft, plummy, dark fruit core. Very earthy, too. Animal fur, smoky cigars and sandalwood notes provide interest and depth. Tannines integrated. Wonderful.
