Medium brick red. Some signs of aging. Red raspberry and cherry, plum, pencil shavings, clove, white pepper on the nose. In mouth, light and easy drinking. Round soft tannins, coat the mouth, big acidity. Light body, a little thin. Wet earth, prune, vanilla, and quite spicy. Low fruit flavor. pair with tartare salmon

Loved it at the winery and love it back in the States. Dry with a slight hint of pepper
