Blend of Roussanne (70%) and Picpoul (30%). Pale yellow color with green highlights. Aromas of stone fruit, white flowers and green apple. Flavors of unripe peach, apricot, green apples and pears, fresh herbs and honey. Strong mineral and spicy notes on the long and crisp and slightly bitter finish. Just a light hint of oak. Medium bodied, ripe and fresh tasting. Mouth coating texture. Nicely balanced.
