2018 vintage. 375 ml format. Slight sharpness at the outset but smoothed out afterwards. Needs a lot of air or 5-6 years to present a unified front. Need to stash a few of these halfsies for future holidays after 2030. 12.17.23.

Maybe it’s the Canadian in me but I prefer Icewine. Nonetheless, interesting lychee, honey and melon flavours.
