This is a great wine. Weightier than a typical rose, almost as heavy as a chard or viognier. The acid has mellowed in the bottle some, but there’s plenty of structure to let the flavors come through. Rose water, raspberry, and strawberry notes with just a hint of tannin. Fantastic with a rich and spice-heavy chicken dish.
