Les Fiefs de Lagrange St. Julien Red Bordeaux Blend

Subtle red/ purple flower, irony, pencil shaving, blood, red/black berry, touch of herbal note, med to med plus body, med plus tannin. Showing great fruit notes with earthiness and minerality. Could age for another 5-10 years.

Wish I had more of this at my futures price of about 20 bucks. Tasted first out of the barrel at the Château. Can't think of a $20 Bordeaux that compares

Yummmmm. This has aged to a nicer & silkier place over the last year. Some pleasant green bell pepper along with the silky tart cherry jam. Thank you, Suntory-san!

Half bottle here but was in a good place. If you like more developed Bordeaux you could still wait a bit as it took a good 20-30mins before really opening up. Good mix of vintage and producer!

A ripe, rich nose with dark fruit and some cherry. On the palate quite balanced. Decent fruit. Nothing profound going on here.

Good Bordeaux. Went well with Steak according to Sandy.

Heavy tannins , blackberries , gonna go great with this rib eye for one year anniversary
