К нему хочется птицы с цитрусовым и зелёным сопровождением

1 person found it helpfulJun 15th, 2017Enjoyed this white Bordeaux so much that it tingles down my toes. It’s fragrant with hints of citrus or grapefruit. Paired it with a French goat cheese and it was surprisingly wonderful!

Grapefruit, grass and a bit of spice, perhaps cinnamon. High acid and dry. Good with some French mountain cheese.

👃clean, pronounced intensity, complex intense flavor of passion fruit, overripe lemon, honeysuckle with hint of vanilla toast and honey. This wine is fully developed.
👅Dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium(+) body. Pronounced intensity of passion fruit and ripe lemon, dried apple, cinnamon, nutmeg, brioche hint of kerosine. Long finish.
🎯 outstanding quality, can drink now but has potential for aging (should survive few more years)

2010. Pure Sauvignon blanc. Absolutely not the same as before, nutty nose, minerals n not that sour acidity n no lime on the finish, developing? Should have decanted. Drink.
