A pretty simple but expressive wine with plum, currant and earthy flavors. Tannins add body and weight. Best served with a slight chill as it loses some charm as it hits room temp.

This wine was recommended to me by my server at Epicure in Dripping Springs. I asked for a big bold, chewy wine with deep tannins. This is definitely not what I wanted. I believe he was just trying to upsell me on a cheap wine with a big price tag. I’m not a fan of this wine. It has a bad aftertaste. Medium bodied.
