This is fermented and aged in concrete tanks, which allows the juice to be the star. Smooth and super drinkable.

Earth and leather gives way to crushed red raspberries on the nose. Kind of tastes like chewing on a leather handbag but in a delicious way. I was skeptical of a mostly merlot wine, but I'm happily proved wrong with this one!
