A big boy with at least another 5 years left in it. Beautiful left bank. Leathery and dark, pencil lead, tannins are still grippy and fruit holds strong. Beautiful!

Violets, smooth tannins, nice fruits.

Pairs very nicely with Williams and Sonoma Maple Bourbon braising sauce and beef short ribs.
Dark fruits, cedar and opening up but maybe need to wait until 2024?
Or plan on 90 min to 2 hour decant time if possible.
Opens up with some air time and displays best with food like beef, chocolate or similar veggies and sauces.
